This past weekend, on the 20th and 21st of June 2026, Wyndham Acmar Klang transformed into a vibrant hub of family laughter, culinary excitement, and heartwarming memories. Our special Fatherโs Day weekend celebration brought together families from across the region to show Dad just how much he is truly appreciated.
From an expansive, mouth-watering Hi-Tea Buffet spread to interactive masterclasses and high-energy family competitions, the atmosphere was charged with joy and festive spirit. Here is a look back at the incredible highlights that made this weekend an unforgettable celebration of fatherhood.
Day 1 (20 June): Culinary Precision & Frothy Fun
The weekend kicked off with our special Fatherโs Day Buffet alongside a lively cooking class for the little ones, and a classic carousel. While a live band provided the perfect acoustic backdrop, dads were gifted custom-crafted live cardholders at our pop-up booth.
The afternoon’s highlight was the exclusive “Cook for Dad” session with celebrity chef Puan Sri Nisa Bakri. Dads and their families joined the Daddy Breakfast Club Cooking Class, discovering the joy of cooking with her premium gourmet products. Shortly after, the energy peaked during the hilarious Teh Tarik Challenge, where dads put their best “frothing and pulling” skills to the test.
Day 2 (21 June): Flipping for the Title
On Sunday, the festive spirit continued with great food, live music, and our “Papa’s Gift Gives Away” session.
The star attraction of Day 2 was the high-energy Roti Canai Master Challenge. Dads stepped up to the hot griddles, testing their flipping skills to spin the perfect flatbread. Cheered on enthusiastically by their families, the participants brought immense humor and showmanship to the stage as they competed for the ultimate title of Wyndham Canai Master.
